POST /storage/trash/{trash_id}/restore

Restore a soft-deleted file or folder to normal state (clear deleted_at field). Verifies the file is indeed in the recycle bin. Records audit log, publishes FileRestoredEvent. Reference: GDPR Art 32 (Security of Processing).
